A. What countries does Hypeboost ship to?
You can shop on Hypeboost from any country within the EU (European Union)

B. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs have a flat rate of €10.

C. Import duties
All orders are shipped from Hypeboost (The Netherlands) to any EU destination.
No import duties or taxes will be charged upon arrival.

D. Transit, handling & order cut off time
1. Transit time is 6 to 10 days (Monday to Friday). This includes both the shipping time from Seller to Hypeboost and the shipping from Hypeboost to Buyer.

2. Order handling time is 1 to 2 days (Monday to Friday). This includes the authentication process and order fullfilment.

3. The order cut-off time is at 16:00. (GMT + 1 Amsterdam). Orders placed after 16.00 will be processed the next business day.

E. Delivery terms
All our products are delivered via GLS, DPD or PostNL.

F. Change of address
We cannot change the delivery address when the parcel is in transit. If you wish to change the delivery place of your order, please contact us at [email protected] within 24 hours after placing your order.

G. Parcels damaged in transit
If you discover that a parcel has been damaged in transit, refuse the parcel from the courier and contact our Customer Service. If the parcel was delivered without you being present, you can also contact our Customer Service Department to discuss the next steps.
