This model uses soft gray pigskin suede on the upper, with gray mesh and darker gray leather underlays. The off-white midsole uses ENCAP support with FuelCell foam for soft cushioning from heel to toe. A tough polyurethane edge adds extra strength. The black and gray rubber outsole has deep tread for grip and shock support. Its grooves also help the shoe bend easily and feel lighter on the foot.
The design stands out with simple but bold details. A silver “N” sits on the side, “991” is stitched near the collar, “V2” appears on the heel tab, and the tongue shows New Balance Made in England. These small touches give the shoe a premium finish.
